| Any contract taken out
between Smart Language Solutions (Supplier) and a Client (Purchaser) is subject to the
following general terms |

| All contracts between
the supplier and the purchaser is a contract for the services of Smart
Language Solutions and does not entitle the purchaser to any entry rights or
employment rights in the UK above those rights already available to the
purchaser under UK law. |

| All contracts between
the supplier and purchaser are subject to UK law. |

| All contracts are
valid only for the person/organisation, course and dates specified on the
contract between the purchaser and supplier. |

| All contracts between
the supplier and purchaser are subject to a booking fee payable on agreement
between the supplier and purchaser |
| |
| All outstand monies
due on the contract between the supplier and purchaser must be paid to the
supplier 30 days prior to the start of the course of Online lessons. |

| All contracts between
the supplier and purchaser is subject to UK VAT (currently 17.5%) |
| |
| Should the purchaser
cancel the contract , any monies paid by to the purchaser to the supplier
will be refunded to the purchaser by the supplier within 90 days from the
date of cancellation, minus the booking fee. |

| Should the supplier
cancel the contract any monies paid by the purchaser to the supplier will be
refunded to the purchaser by the supplier within 90 days from the date of
cancellation, including the booking fee. |

| The supplier reserves
the right to cancel courses at any time and for any reason. The supplier
will endeavour to notify in good time to the purchaser that the seminar
is cancelled
and the reason for the cancellation. |
