Do I have to come to England to learn English with you?
No, you will learn English at home or in your office (or anywhere with an internet connection), using Skype or our Virtual Classroom.
I don't have Skype!

Is Skype secure for my computer?
Yes it is.
I don't have your virtual classroom software!
Once you buy some group lessons from us we will provide you with the virtual classroom software.
Is your virtual classroom secure?
Yes it is.
I am not a student/client but I want to use your virtual classroom!
Sorry, we can't just let you into the virtual classroom.
You would not walk in off the street to a physical classroom, the same rules of client privacy apply here.
I don't want to share my details in the virtual classroom.
As a default setting in the classroom, all clients only have their first and second name available for other students/clients to see.
You must turn on your microphone, but you don't have to turn on your webcam or up load a photo.
How do I pay you?
You pay via paypal, its safe and secure and we don't get access to your personal banking details.
Paypal also have a great payment resolution system, in the unlikely event we cannot solve any issue.
I don't have PayPal.
As long as you have a debit, credit or prepaid credit card you can pay on PayPal without joining PayPal
Why do I have to pay you? There are teachers teaching online for free!
Because we a professionals.
All our teachers are trained and qualified English teachers, they give their time and knowledge to you to help improve your English.
Those teachers who teach for free, usually don't last long online and you cannot be sure if the information you are learning is correct!
After all if you want food, unless you grow it yourself you buy it, the shopkeeper does not give it to you, the same applies to professional language teaching.
There is some guy online who is teaching one hour for $1, why are you charging €6.50 for 45 minutes?
Are you sure that guy really is a teacher? $1 sounds a suspiciously low price for a professional and secure service.
We have a money back guarantee, we are UK company, we will be here if you have issues!
Why do you charge in Euros?
We are a company based in Europe so we charge in Euros.
Remember PayPal will only deduct the correct amount of money from your account in your local currency, you don't need to convert money.
Why do group lessons have a subscribe payment option?
Simplicity!
Once you set up your payment you don't have to worry about it again. We don't have to send you reminders each month, and so on.
When you want to cancel, then just go back to your PayPal account and cancel it!
Why can't I just log on and learn at anytime?
We believe in structured learning. If you have a lesson at the same time each week following a clear learning path you will learn a lot quicker than just randomly logging on and hoping to find students and teachers at your level.
